  5. Description:    These utilities are designed to record the usage of a
  6.         packet radio channel. They provide statistics as to its
  7.         usage and its efficiency, they were described in the 6th
  8.         Computer Networking Conference papers and a copy of that
  9.         paper is included with the package. They were ported from
  10.         MS-DOS originals, obtainable from the Original-site below.
  11.         The main capture program can operate either via the serial
  12.         port or via the built-in AX.25 code.
